Honne has been making food for events and happenings many for decades, and through Honne catering, we now want to be able to offer our delicious food experiences wherever you want to enjoy them.

The food we offer

We can offer catering of Honnes buffet, cured meats buffet, tapas and a selection of hot dishes. If you want sandwiches or pastries for a party or event, we also have this option with us.

Who can order

Honne catering prepares food for large and small events, company parties, lunches, confirmations, large and small events. We make the food, you pick it up. And we promise you that it will be a real dining experience.

Price request: Catering

Fill in the form to request a quote for catering from Honne hotell. Under “Name of event” you can write: Catering. And write what kind of food is desired under “Remarks”. We will contact you anyway to confirm the type of food requested.

Terms when ordering catering

Prices

Food prices are quoted with 15% VAT, with the exception of prices for 3-course menus where a chef is required or you choose to hire a chef for the event. In that case, there is a VAT rate of 25%. The prices are not comparable with the hotel’s other prices for food and menus.

Delivery

In many cases, we can offer delivery. Please contact us for a price. Otherwise, the food can be picked up at Honne hotel in Honnevegen 60, 2836 Biri.

Ordering a buffet

When ordering a buffet, personnel from Honne Catering will assist with setting up the buffet. Staff are available for a maximum of 15 minutes upon delivery of the buffet.

Order 3- to 5-course menu

Less than 10 pieces: NOK. 3295,- for chef hire, of which 3 hours are included. Beyond 3 hours will be invoiced at NOK. 765 will be invoiced according to time spent per half hour.
Over 15 people: 3 hours chef hire included. Beyond 3 hours will be invoiced NOK. 695,- after time spent per hour.

Hire of chef/waiters

Chef: NOK. 765,- per hour
Waiter: NOK. 715,- per hour

Reception

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and ensure that they correspond to the order. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately in order for Honne to have the opportunity to correct any discrepancies.
After the goods have been delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for food safety. Feel free to ask us about this.
Deviations that have not been reported do not entitle you to a reduction in price.

Return/collection of equipment

Return of bowls, barrels and other equipment must take place within 3 days of receipt of goods at our address. When collecting equipment, this must be agreed in advance of delivery, and there will be a final invoice for any extra driving.

Cancellation

Free cancellation of buffets, party menus, etc:

100% if canceled no later than 10 days before delivery
50% if canceled no later than 7 days before delivery
20% if canceled no later than 3 days before delivery
Free cancellation of sandwiches, salads and baked goods:

100% if canceled no later than 2 days before delivery
50% if canceled no later than 24 hours before delivery
20% if canceled no later than 12 hours before delivery
If the deadlines are exceeded, the customer will be charged 50% of the original amount.

In the event of 100% cancellation and exceeding the deadline, 100% of the original order will be charged.
