Honne gym at Biri
Towards the end of the summer of 2024, we opened perhaps Biri’s best gym in the basement of Honne Hotel. The gym is top equipped with the latest gear and equipment. Honne gym is free for overnight hotel guests.
Parking at Honne hotel is free of charge
At Honne Hotel, parking is always free for all overnight guests. It’s also free for those who are working out at the Honne gym, stopping by for dinner or relaxing in our fireplace lounge. There are plenty of parking spaces and several charging stations (charging for a fee). We also have two indoor parking spaces that can be rented for a small fee. Perfect in the winter!

Honne hotel is located in the middle of Mjøsbyene (the cities surrounding Lake Mjøsa) Hamar, Gjøvik and Lillehammer. The hotel is located on a hill with a fantastic view of the Lake Mjøsa.
There is a short driving distance to a number of sights, activities and experiences in the Mjøsby region, including: Maihaugen, Vikingskipet, many different museums, Hunderfossen, Domkirkeodden, Skibladner, Prøysenhuset and much more.
Other nearby places to Honne are: Hafjell, Rudshøgda, Nes and Helgøya. From Oslo it takes 1 hour and 50 minutes to drive. And from Oslo Airport it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.
